How much is shipping?
We use UPS & USPS for standard shipping for $5.00 and FREE SHIPPING for all orders $25.00 or more. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow the delivery status. Due to COVID-19, shipping delays are occurring across the country of up to 2 weeks for delivering packages.
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders will take 1-2 business days to process before they are dispatched (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) and with our standard shipping, orders will arrive to all parts of the continental U.S. in 3 to 8 business days after being dispatched. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will experience longer delivery times up from 2 weeks to 4 weeks.
Can I expedite my order?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Does nez ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States, but are exploring ways to make our products available internationally in the future.
Can I change my shipping address and/or edit my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to cancel or change anything, please email us at info@nezcare.com and we'll try to resolve before your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products, once an order has shipped we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping or have any questions, please contact us at info@nezcare.com and we will do our best to help.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Only one promo code can be applied to each order. Promo codes cannot be combined or stacked on any order.

Do your products include fragrance?
Yes, nez deodorants do include fragrance and our goal is to deliver an incredible fragrance experience that abide by our high quality and safety standards. To make our unique scents we use a blend of essential oils, synthetic oils, and natural extracts. All of our products are phthalate-free and paraben-free, and we abide by the International Fragrance Regulatory Association (IFRA) guidelines to ensure the safety of our formulations
Does your product expire?
We recommend using nez deodorants within 18 months of receiving your shipment.

We are made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients and packaging.
